Andrews Family in Suffolk/Essex

My earliest traced Andrews ancestors were farming and milling folk mainly in Suffolk, and especially the countryside around Ipswich. They seem to have been there a long time, and many of them were active in voting in open elections in Ipswich, almost exclusively Tory.

One possible relative was an Amelia Andrews who was born about 1803 in Waldingfield, Suffolk. She died in Felsham, Suffolk, where she was buried on 16 May 1876. She was entered in the burial record as aged 73.
