Alfred Thomas Milton

My paternal grandfather was Alfred Thomas Milton. He was born on 9th April 1888 at 3 Cross Street, Hackney, in the East End of London, England. He was a bus driver, and served during the 1st World War. He and my grandmother, Ada, were married on 12 June 1920 in Bromley London (presumably Bromley by Bow) and moved to New Zealand when I was born in 1956. He died on 3 December 1967 in Auckland, New Zealand.

His father was William Milton, and his mother was Emma Sarah Louisa Milton, formerly Frost.

He is mentioned in the Strutt Family Bible.
