Third BAF Residential Course

The Academy is considering holding a third residential coaching course.  Demand for the two current residential courses is such that the Course Officer is currently seeking a list of suitable venues with a view to organising an Autumn Course.   If anyone knows of a possible venue the Course Officer would be delighted to receive the details, he will then do the rest. Please contact the Course Officer for further details.

BFA Coaching Awards Equivalency Table 30/03/06

It has been brought to my attention that appearing on the Essex Fencing website general information page there now appears a BFA Coaching Equivalent Coaching Awards table dated 30/03/06. I wish to advise our members that the Academy has not been party to the creation of this table nor has it been consulted in any way.
It is however interesting to note that the creator of this table has not used the current titles for the Academy Coaching Awards.
