CONDITIONS OF LET

1.                  Lets run from Saturday to Saturday, with entry to the property no earlier than 4.00 pm. The property is to be vacated by 10.00 am on the Saturday of departure.

2.                  Departure prior to Saturday, 10.00 am must be notified to the owner or the owner's representative.

3.                  A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the rental fee is due no later than 28 days prior to the commencement of the let. The rental fee includes the cost of electricity used and supply of bed linen. The lessee must provide their own towels and tea towels.

4.                  The property is not booked until the deposit is paid. In the event of more than one person expressing an interest in booking the property for a particular period, the owner reserves the right to let the property to the person whose deposit is received first.

7.                  If, after having paid the full fee, the lessee cancels the booking, fails to arrive or leaves after arrival for any reason, return of all or part of the fee is at the owner’s discretion. The owner will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from the failure of the lessee to take up the cottage or the early departure of the lessee for any reason. It is recommended that the lessee arrange a suitable holiday cancellation policy.

8.                  The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition, all dishes and cutlery to be washed, dried and put away and indoor waste bins emptied into the outside bin.
