RESUME
After 3 years training I qualified as a waiter in 1983, at Denmark.
I then went on to work for a year as a waiter on a cruise vessel, sailing between Denmark and Norway. After this I work at Restaurant in Copenhagen, until 1990.
In February 1990 I started as a Headwaiter in a Restaurant with the capacity to seat 1200 people. Obviously this entailed a lot of pressure, but I enjoyed the stress of being busy and having to cope with such large numbers of people.
In March 1992 I moved to Greenland where I worked on a one-year contract. I finish there in April 1993 and returned to Copenhagen.
In November 1993. I started as a Restaurant Manager at Hotel, in Saudi-Arabia.
September 1994, I started at the Hotel Business School in Denmark, during my Education I spent two month (August - October 1995) in Jeddah, Making a Marketing study of Jeddah International Airport Restaurants.
After I finished the Hotel School, in January 1996. I went to Norway as a Restaurant Manager & Director of Sales & Marketing, for a four star Restaurant and the second best Restaurant in Norway.
In November 1996, I was back in Saudi-Arabia, as an Asst. F & B Manager, for a new Hotel, (Still under construction). But due to Government related problems for the Hotel Group, I then took a offer from a Hotel in Jeddah, as Asst. F & B Manager. But shortly after I started, I became the F & B in Charge.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Beside my experience in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry, I master PC. I am familiar with Windows; 3,1 - 3,11 - 95' - NT4.0, Microsoft Office, Perfect Office, and different kind of Hotel Software (Fidelio i.e.). I have during my work in Norway made Publication and Brochures for the Restaurant, using programs such as "Page-marker" and "Photo-shop".
