Currrent duties at CONFIDENTIAL:
The staffing situation at the CONFIDENTIAL requires mostly a hands-on approach to the position. I have to cover the Front Desk, the Restaurant, the Bar and have to lay up for conferences.
However my main duties are:
· Duty Management
· Resident Manager (on call 24 hours)
· Overseeing the overall operation with particular attention on Finance and IT.
· Chasing payment on the Sales Ledger.
· Responsable on site for the installation of IGS Hotel and of the telephone system.
· Training new members of staff on IGS and the telephone system
· Link between the Hotel and the IT suppliers (Global Hospitality; Future Telecoms; and Response, the hardware support company)
· Emergency repairs and Configuration of soft and hardware.
