I have over 10 years of professional catering experience, with a six year career based overseas.
As my resume indicates, I have successfully managed camps with high head counts in remote sites. My experience includes dealing directly with vendors and clients, all aspects of menu planning and meal preparation, development of local national employees, quality assurance and quality control procedures, controlling inventories and working to and achieving budget restraints.

Having a working knowledge of the Russian language I believe I would be suited to a position in this region, although I would consider a position anywhere overseas.
