Position: SECOND CHEF

Location: NW of England

Salary Offered: £16,000 + performance related bonus

Client: Italian restaurant, offering a high quality, but reasonably priced menu, with emphasis on a friendly atmosphere. Very wide range of dishes, all freshly made.

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Split shifts / as needed

Candidate Profile:

• Experience of Italian cuisine essential.
• Senior Chef background - kitchen and staff management, etc.
• The creation of exciting pasta dishes
• The ability to manage a very busy kitchen in Head Chef's absence
• Good business knowledge
• The proven ability to hit targets, GP, etc.
