Responsible for serving as Lab Director for a 12-member staff that supports an Army Troop Medical Clinic that serves 2,700 troops at CONFIDENTIAL. The Clinic averages 140 patients daily. Duties include helping train and supervise staff, and serving as a Medical Specialist and Combat Medic. Recognized for * Helping establish the Clinic and * Developing operating procedures that led to the Clinic becoming JACHO qualified. Position required technical knowledge, organizational ability and strong communication skills in interrelating with people of all ages and from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds.

Responsible for serving as an Emergency Medical Treatment Supervisor for only US Army Medical Treatment Facility on North/South Korea Demilitarized Zone. Multiple successful emergency air and ground evacuations

Prior Experience includes working as a Volunteer EMT with Madigan Ambulance Company, an advanced life support qualified service, Aeromedical helicopter evacuation for 30 days during Northwest WA fires July 1994....and serving as an Animal Caretaker for the Fort Huachuca (AZ) Small Animal Clinic before enlisting in the military.

Military Background: United States Army - 1993 to June 1997- Awards include 2 Army Commendation Medals, 2 Army Achievement Medals, the Humanitarian Service Medal, the good conduct medal for 3+ years of exceptional service. and 4 Certificates of Achievement for Exceptional Service as a Medic.
