UK Registration Service for overseas Nurses

Back

REF NO:N1586

I would like to submit my resume requesting assistance on my relocation back to England later this year.

I am a registered nurse who completed training in 1988 at the Ipswich School of Nursing, Suffolk. I relocated to the United States in 1990 and continued to work as a registered nurse in Connecticut. I have maintained my current licence with the UKCC and would like to return to the Oxford area in early August.

I am seeking a challenging position primarily in outpatient and/or wound care which is my current area of expertise, but am intrigued with the possibility to diversifying out of the traditional hospital role.

My flexibility and adaptability have enabled me to succeed in a foreign job market and I am confident that my overseas experience has only enhanced my broad knowledge base, clinical and supervisory skills to enable me to return to my home country and to continue to provide high quality care.

I will be visiting England the first week of May and would be available for interviews as necessary. I am looking forward to discussing possible opportunities you may be able to provide.

Yours Sincerely
