Recruitment and Manpower Planning - Organizational Development
· Sourced, evaluated, interviewed, screened, (i.e. reference checks), and placed in excess of Four Thousand employees in the technical, managerial, sales and marketing, information technology related fields. Concentrated in recruiting technical personnel at all levels in the following disciplines; engineering (civil, electrical, waste water, process, mechanical and chemical), computer programmers, inorganic and organic chemists, hydrogeologists, hydrologists, geochemists, air quality dispersion modelers and regulatory personnel related to air quality (Title V), meteorologists etc.
