PDSFLIST - Release Notes, Version 3.6        (Dated 21/06/99).

Version 3.6 of PDSFLIST is now available.

New features

The EDIT, VIEW and BROWSE subcommands now support explicit member and DSN parameters. Without any parameters, these subcommands function as previously. However, you can now pass them both a member and dsn parameter. Using this method, you can directly EDIT/VIEW/BROWSE a specific member. Neither the target member or DSN has to be within the current list being displayed.

Flat file copy support is now fully integrated.

PF6 is now set to ISPF View.

Maintenance changes

The EDIT recovery routine was being invoked when VIEW was being used. This has now been fixed.

Users were unable to invoke a nested PDSFLIST if the DSN requested was uncataloged and the total length of the DSN and VOLSER exceeded 44 bytes. This has now been fixed.
