TSGQUERY - Simple and easy to use device query program.

TSGQUERY provides a simple and easy to use alternative to the MVS Display command. It is based on the VM CP Query command.

SOFTWARE requirements

INSTALLATION instructions

   1. Load the object code to an MVS dataset.

          Format BINARY, filesize 12Kb

   2. Use sample JCL to link-edit module into linklist library.

   3. Use sample Rexx exec to invoke utility.

EXAMPLE of use

Please refer to the sample exec on how to use TSGQUERY.  

Notes : The TSGQUERY program expects a Rexx parameter list to be passed to it. Therefore, you must invoke it in the manner shown in the sample exec.
