NOTICE:  Please be aware that if you use Outlook 2007, you will have a problem posting this form due to the security features of Outlook which, at the moment, prevent the posting of attachments such as web forms. To circumvent this problem, do a screen capture of the completed page (CTRL + P), which saves the image to memory, paste it into a word document and send as an attachment to an eMail addressed to queries@aspals.com. Please only do this if you use Outlook 2007. For all other users, the webform "post" method will work. We are working on an alternative "php" script and hope to have this sorted in the near future.
