The Coach House is a detached
building standing in the grounds of a 17th Century Grade
II Listed farmhouse in the heart of the pretty village of
Northney on Hayling Island, with its thatched cottages and farms.
Hayling Island is situated
between picturesque Langstone and Chichester Harbours and is only 5
minutes from the A27 and A3(M), providing an ideal base for exploring the
best the South has to offer. Historic Portsmouth, with its Naval history
and continental ferries, the Isle of Wight, the Cathedral City of
Chichester, the New Forest, Fontwall and Glorious Goodwood are
within easy reach. Relax on the Island's "Blue Flag" beaches or
enjoy windsurfing, sailing, golfing, horse riding, walking and bird
watching.
The tastefully furnished
accommodation is exceptionally spacious comprising of a 40ft
Studio with old stripped pine flooring throughout and
large colourful rugs. There
is an en suite shower room, King-size bed and single bed (with optional
screen).
There are tea/coffee making
facilities plus biscuits, hot night drinks and fresh fruit. There is a
fridge, microwave, china, trouser press, all linen, ironing facilities,
hair dryer etc.
There is a lounge area (always
with fresh flowers) for relaxing in with tv, radio, coffee tables, sofa
and armchair. There is also a dining area with table and chairs.
A full English breakfast of your
choice is included and is served in the old beamed farmhouse or a full
Continental breakfast can be served in the Studio.
Seating is provided in the
delightful large mature grounds. There is ample parking for cars and
boats and safe storage for bicycles and surf boards
etc.
Ideal for 2/3 (sorry, no small
children).
As The Coach House is detached
(access being via an external staircase) complete
privacy is assured.
