1 Behaviour Policy
1.1  While a member of FFS International you must not:
  1  Attempt to bring FFS International, any of her associated groups or any member(s) of these organisations into disrepute.
  2  Attempt to destablise or destroy FFS International or her staff structure.
  3  Actively attempt to discourage membership to FFS International or any of her sims.
  3  Ignore any of the bylaws or individual simulation rules(which may not breach the bylaws).
1.2  While taking part in a sim or activity as part of FFSI, you must not:
  1  Attempt to kill of any crew member without their prior consent and making Commanding Officer aware of this.
  2  Attempt to severly injure a character (character changing injuries), including but not solely limited to removing limbs and parolising a character, without prior conscent from the crew member.
  3  Attempt to sabotage the simulation or activity, including but not solely limited to sim plot and chat room settings.
1.3  The mailing lists may not be used to send viruses, spam, pornography, unaproved advertisements or other illegal material.
1.4  FFS International Chat Rooms may not be used to advertise goods or services offered by other individuals or groups, this includes but not solely limited to the advertisement of other simming groups or sims.
2 FFS Staff Policies
3 Multi-Simming Policies
3.1  Having two or more characters on different sims is permitted, however the sim times must not clash (ie one starts before other finishes).
3.2  When having two or more characters, they must be kept completely seperate.
3.3  Rank transfer between characters is not permitted, each character requires to go through the normal promotion system, starting at the rank of Ensign, following the conditions as stated in article 3.4
3.4  aving multiple characters does not mean you have to require academy for every character, the academy only applies for your first character, which has to start with rank cadet. Academy completion is for all current and new characters which will then always start with the rank of Ensign.
4 Introduction of New Races
4.1  Any and all proposals relating to the introduction of a new race should be sent to the Bio-Science Commander, the Science Council Commander, the Commander in Chief and the Deputy Commander in Chief. (Appropriate addresses are found in the information pack)
4.2  Responses from the Bio-Science Commander should be atleast 48 hours before the sim is to take place involving this race and should be sent to the Commanding Officer of the Sim, the Science Council Commander, the Commander in Chief and the Deputy Commander in Chief. This is to allow for adequate time for any responses from these people relating to the invalidity of the race, if required.
4.3  All races that are to be created may not infringe on copyright of any company, and no responsibility if this occurs can be put on FFS Staff.
5 Introduction of New Technology
5.1  Before any new Technology is introduced in any sim, it requiress to have the Research & Development Commanders approval. All information relating to a new piece of technology should be sent to the Research & Development Commander, the Science Council Commander, the Commander in Chief and the Deputy Commander in Chief.
4.2  Responses from the Research & Development Commander should be atleast 48 hours before the sim is to take place involving this race and should be sent to the Commanding Officer of the Sim, the Science Council Commander, the Commander in Chief and the Deputy Commander in Chief. This is to allow for adequate time for any responses from these individuals relating to the invalidity of the technology, if required.
4.3  All technology that is to be created may not infringe on copyright of any company, and no responsibility if this occurs can be put on FFS Staff.
6 Removal Policies
6.1  If it becomes required due to breaches of the Bylaws, bans may be added. The Ban System is shown below:
  1  Sim Ban
  2  #FFS/#starfleetlounge op ban
  3  #FFS/#starfleetlounge full ban
  4  Temporary Ban on all FFS Channels
  5  Permanent Ban on all FFS Channels
6.2  A level 1 ban may be set only by the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer of each individual sim.
6.3  Levels 2 to 4 may only be set or removed by the Executive Staff of FFS (ie the Commander in Chief and Deputy Commander in Chief).
6.4  A Ban level of 5 may only be set or removed by Commander in Chief of Final Frontier Simulations.
6.5  Ban of levels 3, 4 and 5 prevent guest simming on any Final Frontier Simulations International Simulation.
