WELCOME TO MY FAMILY HISTORY HOME PAGE

Last updated 2nd June 2001

Family History is my main hobby. I have been pursuing it seriously since 1962 and have built up a large collection of data on my family names and other associated names.

Through Members Interests Directories of Societies of which I am a member and through Genealogical Research Directories, I have made world-wide contacts and entered into correspondence which in many cases has benefited one or both parties in adding to our research information. In so doing, I have made many new friends. The Internet provides an excellent opportunity to extend this.

Please click on any of the names below in which you may be interested. This will tell you the area and extent of my research. I will always be pleased to hear from you and to exchange information. You can contact me initially via e-mail as B.spaughton at this domain name (without any www prefix). Sorry to be so obscure, but I worry about spammers lifting the address off the page.

I am a member of the Society of Genealogists, The Devon and Cornwall Record Society, The Devon Family History Society, The East Surrey Family History Society, The East of London Family History Society, The Guild of One-Name Studies and The Hampshire Genealogical Society.

I look forward to hearing from you.
