this was the first web site i was responsible for designing at nascent form.
called 'connections', it was an online portal for europeans aged between 18 and 30 years of age who where intersted in visiting the UK, giving an insite and links to plenty of cultural and career based information.
several variations were created and consultation with many europeans of the target age where sought for feedback before a final iteration was designed and implimented.

the site was a huge success, featuring nascent form's navisphere™ a unique navigation devices used to present information in a very organic manner.
unfortunately this site was taken down in approximately june 2004 - as the british council wanted to overhaul their entire online idenity and structure.

we were given the interesting task of creating a cultural portal and content management system for a new site called www.arts-mag.net.
utilising their strong branding guidlines, i was given the task of designing and animating the the flash interface on the home page.
i was also given the responsibility of designing how the magnetsier [content input tool] was to look and feel.

it was decided that the input tool should appear very much like a creative application that people would find relatively easy to understand.
the look and feel was based on a macos, windows and www.arts-mag.net styling.
