Hi, I hope you may be able to help! I'M trying to contact an old friend and your WEB site contains the only reference to music and Saltburn (Cleveland) that I can find. I'm looking for a friend called Richard Whittle aka Sol. He's well known for organising music events (usually R+B)and he's a dab hand on the old harmonica - and vocals! If you know of anyone in Saltburn who may be able to help trace him I'd be most gratefull. Thank you and best of luck Jim

A guy in Boston leaves his banjo in the back seat of his car overnight but forgets to lock it. Sure enough, in the morning he comes back to the car and there are two banjos in the back seat. (Or accordions if you prefer)

My dad, Roy Enticknap, sang with Graham Walker and Pete Wray of Willards leap. Sadly Dad past away a few years ago (I miss him a hell of lot) but their music still lives on with their record released in the 70's. For years he kept a box with two reels of tape in ontop of the wardrobe and recently I recorded them onto CD. I thought that this was preliminary recordings for the record, but found lots of tracks Ive not heard before. Im looking for Pete or Graham as Im sure they will want a copy. All the best, Matthew
