Found the site by accident..a bit like my banjo..Really good fun,.. unlike my banjo! What's the diffence between a cattle grid and a banjo?...You take great care when you drive over a cattle grid! Keep up the good work.

My son is 14 and just received his grandfather's 4 string tenor banjo. He would like to take lessons. Is there anyone in Monroe/Wayne County area that could help us. Please let me know. At the time he takes lessons at the Music Store in Webster for Electric Guitar (1yr) and would like to learn banjo also. Thank you

Bill and others, you may already be aware of this but the local folk singer Pete Finley suffered a fatal accident while hill-walking in the Lake District on 21st May. Tragically his body was only found last night (Wedneday 7th June) having been missing for more than a fortnight. Anyone who knew Pete from either the competitive Scrabble scene (he was world-class grandmaster) or the folk circuit will fondly remember his enthusiastic and warm-hearted personality. Cards from anyone who knew him can be sent to his wife Laura: 206 Cleveland Road, High Barnes, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear, SR4 7QR He will be greatly missed.
