A number of social events are organised throughout the year to raise funds for the Society. A 100 Club operates as a fundraiser.

The Society is a registered charity (No. 264425) and Friends are encouraged to pay their subscriptions by Gift Aid to enable the Society to recover the tax element of these donations.

There are opportunities for local businesses to sponsor the Society and the current sponsors are the Smith & Pinching Group, Insurance Brokers and Portfolio Managers.
