In the private sector won tenders to the Lord Chancellor's Department and subsequently devised and constructed circuit-based official court reporting services whilst maintaining the flexibility to provide cover at remote centres and international assignments. In the public sector has provided a risk analysis for a non-departmental government body, has participated in crisis and change management and, whilst Acting Director of Regulation developed and managed regulatory processes.
