Brass Crosby Room Bookings
The Brass Crosby Room is situated in the North West Corner of St.Martin's Church Building and is available for use by Church Members and the community.
The
room is equipped with a kitchen, toilets, disabled toilet, baby
changing facilities and induction loop. Seated meetings of up to 50
maximum persons. less numbers for other activities. Parking is in the
Church Car Park. Disabled Parking Bays available. (There is also a smaller Parish Room located in Chelsfield Village, click for details.) Each room is available for use by Church and Community Groups. We do not make a specific charge for the use of the room but appreciate a donation to help cover our running and maintenance expenses. Each room is available as a part of the general work and worship of the Church and we would hope and expect those who use the room to be responsive to the fact that it is a Church room, not just a community Room. Normally the room cannot be used whilst a service is taking place in Church. The room is not available for Wedding Receiptions. For availability of the room, please check the listings below then if the room appears to be free, please contact the Booking Secretary, Barry Foale, preferably by 'email'. who will email to you a Booking Form for completion and return together with a copy of the User Conditions. If your use of the Church or either room involves children or young persons under the age of 18, you are required to comply with the Diocesan Child Protection Policy.
