1. James Bartlett was born in 1788. He died of Pneumonia 24th March 1854 aged 64 and was buried at All Saints Church Dibden Hampshire on 29 March.
James married Elizabeth (Betsey) White 0n the 25th April 1809 at Dibden. Elizabeth was born in 1788 and died at Broadwater on 8th July 1870 and was buried at All Saints Church Dibden Hampshire on July 10th 1870 aged 82.
They had the following children:

Elizabeth was illegitimate 3 M ii James Bartlett was baptised on 25 Mar 1810 at All Saints Church Dibden,and he married Eliza Wilson at Dibden on September 29th 1836,they had 3 children Samuel baptised April 21st 1839,John baptised December 26th 1841,and George baptised April 21st 1844. Eliza died 29th October 1875 aged 68. James died on May 8th 1888 aged 78, both were buried at All Saints Church Dibden 4 M iii Samuel Bartlett was born on 15 Nov 1812. Samuel was buried at Dibden 19th August 1813 aged 9 months 5 M iv William Bartlett was born on 4 Sep 1814. + 6 M v John Bartlett was born on 1 Dec 1816 and died of old age on 15 February 1897.and was buried at All Saints Church Dibden 19th February 1897 aged 81 7 M vi George Bartlett was born on 21 Mar 1819 he married Anne Sheldon on Jan 7th 1845. 8 F vii Sarah Bartlett was Christened on 18 Nov 1821 at Dibden. 9 F viii Mary Anne Bartlett was born on 20 Jun 1824. Mary married William Judkins. on 13th May 1851 at Dibden 10 F ix Harriet Bartlett was born on 18 Mar 1827. 11 F x Louisa Bartlett was born on 25 Oct 1829. 12 M xi Thomas Bartlett was born on 17 Feb 1833.
