The Cry-sis Helpline and its understanding listening ear.

Janet Bullen, Cry-sis

The Cry-sis telephone helpline has been in operation for over twenty years, existing to help parents who have babies that cry a great deal or who have problems sleeping. Our main job is to listen and help stressed parents work out a sensible approach to the difficulty.
All of our volunteers have been trained by Cry-sis ,and have personal experience of the problem within their own families. They are able to provide a sympathetic ear, practical suggestions, and much needed support to the caller.
The help line is open from 9am-10pm and offers help to parents with children from birth to 18 months.
