1. It's All Invented - Life is a story we tell, based on some hidden assumptions. Ask yourself, "What story am I telling, and for what purpose?" "What assumption am I making?"

2. Giving an "A" - Speaking to the most developed part of people. Offering them a framework of possibility to live into.

3. Being a Contribution - Renaming oneself as a contribution, rather than as a success or a failure.

4. Leading from Any Chair (Silent Conductor) - Leadership is defined as making other people powerful - Are their eyes shining? Contributing to the realisation of the vision whatever your position.

5. Rule Number Six -Don't take yourself so xxx seriously! Don't let pride, or having the right answer, or holding an important position get in the way of your contribution.

6. Enrolment - Speak possibility, and keep doing so until you light a spark in others.

7. Create a Vision - Name the possibility that lights you up and let it lead your actions.

8. What's Best for US? - Name yourself as an indispensable part of an evolving whole, inclusive of all aspects of you and others. Keep asking “Given the way things are, what's best for us?”
