Our luxurious modern Florida home, sleeps a maximum of 8 people in a master suite, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in one of the two spacious living areas. The living accommodation comprises a large Great Room with sliding doors to the private pool along with a large, more formal living/dining room. There are also 2 Bathrooms.
The villa overlooks a beautiful lake at the rear. There is much wildlife including a pair of Bald Eagles nesting in the trees by the lake and can often be seen feeding in the lake.

The patio area and swimming pool is fully screened to keep out any unwanted bugs and overlooks the lake. The screened area faces south allowing all-day sun and into the evening. There is a covered lanai to provide shade when the heat is too much. The pool is large at 30 by 14 feet and can be electrically heated.
High speed internet is available and is free to use and there is a large flat screen plasma TV.

Our home is located in the beautiful and quiet residential community of ‘Sabal Harbour’ in Bradenton. This is close to I-75, allowing easy access to the area attractions, local shops, beaches and restaurants. There are over 30 golf courses in the area, the closest being within 2 minutes drive at Peridia.
There are private community facilities with a large swimming pool, volleyball courts, basket ball courts, tennis courts and a children's play area. Sabal Harbour is a deed-restricted development, so you can be assured that area is kept in top condition. The entrance to Sabal Harbour is stunning with large palm trees and lots of flowers and a wide expanse of grass - all of which is beautifully floodlit after dark.

The stunning Gulf beaches at Longboat Key, Anna-Marie Island, Siesta Key and Bradenton are all within a 15-20 minute drive. Clearwater and St. Petersburg are around a 45 minute drive.

Several attractions are within a 45 minute drive - Busch Gardens theme park, Adventure Island water park, Salvador Dali museum and the Florida Aquarium.
Walt Disney World (and other Orlando attractions) is a 90 minute drive along Interstate 75 and Interstate 4.
There are many shops and restaurants within a 10 minute drive.
Downtown Sarasota is close by and offers much culture in the way of designer shopping at St. Armand's Circle, theatres and more elegant dining.
For the really serious shopper a trip to the Outlet Mall Ellenton is a must and is a 10 minute drive.
The whole house is bright and airy and furnished beautifully to a very high standard in cheerful textiles to reflect Florida and your mood whilst staying in our home. There is full air-conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort and all bed linen, towels etc. are provided. You will enjoy a luxurious stay!
The telephone allows free local calls (international and long distance calls can be made using pre-paid cards which are available at many local shops).
The home is looked after by a local management company who are on hand to deal with any issues that may arise.

This informal living area is at the rear of the house with a beautiful view over the pool to the lake. There are sliding doors leading to the covered lanai and pool. There is a new large flat screen plasma TV, Playstation 2 / DVD & digital HD cable TV service. There is also High Speed internet. |

This slightly more formal living room is at the front of the house and contains a dining table and chairs. One of the sofas converts of a queen sized sleeper. |

The Kitchen is fully equipped with range (cooker), large refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), microwave, waste disposal and dishwasher. There is a dining area with table and chairs. All cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery as well as blender, coffee machine, toaster and tea pot are provided |

A separate room containing the washer and dryer, with the door leading to the double garage. |

Master Bedroom (15' x 13') |
This main bedroom has a window which overlooks the lake and pool, has a king sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units and a large walk-in shower. There is also a large walk-in closet with shelves and hanging rails. We also have cots and high chairs for infants which are free to use. There is a flat screen TV with digital HD cable. |

It is important that anywhere you stay is straightforward to get to. You don't want to be getting lost when you have just spent many hours travelling. Our villa is very easy to find and we provide very detailed directions.
The nearest international airport is at Tampa just 45 minutes away over the impressive "Sunshine Skyway" bridge. Sarasota airport is 15 minutes away. Orlando is 90 minutes away.
From $800 or £450 per week. This includes all taxes and final housekeeping following your stay.
A booking deposit of $200 or £150 is required at reservation to confirm a booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks before arrival. A Security deposit will be required with your balance payment, which is fully refundable if no damage to the property occurs.
Two weeks before your arrival date (or earlier if this is not convenient) we provide a 10 page booklet with all the details you need to enjoy your stay in our villa.
Optional electric pool heating is $75 or £50 per week.
Rentals over 3 weeks are negotiable.
Payment in either US Dollars or UK Pounds.
