Great Room

The "Great Room" is the main living area at the rear of the house.  It is light and airy, having a high vaulted ceiling and being decorated in light natural colours.  It offers a large living area at 20x17 feet.

There are views over the pool and the lake to the rear of the home.  There are trees across the lake in which currently live a pair of Eagles.  On occasions, these eagles can be seen catching fish from the lake.  After dark, the pool and patio area can be lit, offering is different view for the evening.

The seating comprises two very large sofas which can seat 6-8 people.  There is a coffee table and two end tables with lamps.  The decor is in keeping with the Florida lifestyle.

There is a television (with "cable") and Playstation 2 for playing games and DVDs and a portable CD player.
