Pool and Lanai

The large screened pool is 30' by 14' and has a variable depth from approximately 3'6" at the shallow end to 6' at the deep end (where there is an "in-pool" seat.  There is plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing and relaxing.  There are two sun loungers and a table with six chairs.  The whole area is screened to keep any bugs away.

There is a covered lanai to provide shade when things get too hot.  The view of the lake and trees is uninterrupted.  The edge of the lake is around 20 feet from the pool area.  In the trees there is an eagles nest with a pair of eagles which can be seen feeding on fish from the lake.  There are many other forms of wildlife which can be seen walking past the pool area including turtles and a wide range of birds.

There is a full range of non-breakable glasses, plates etc. for outside use.

The pool can be electrically heated and is maintained on a weekly basis to ensure it remains in perfect condition.  The garden is also regularly maintained on a weekly basis.  There is a pool cover for use in the cooler months to help retain water heat.

We also provide a gas BBQ which is free to use.
