SAP Ratings - The SAP Service

Do your properties require SAP ratings? If so, can we help? MVM Scotland offers a comprehensive, fast & efficient SAP service to architects & engineers. This comprises a SAP rating undertaken by authorised surveyors using the Government and BRE approved S2000 software. Inclusive are U value calculations & Part J compliance checks for building control purposes.

Using the SAP service could not be easier:
  1. Send a copy of the dwelling drawings & specifications, along with your practice details and contact name to the MVM Scotland office.
  2. On receipt of the drawings we will assess the information and confirm a fee to complete the SAP assessments.
  3. On you acceptance of the fee, the SAP information will be produced and issued to you in a bound folder.

S2000 Maxim software - Demonstration Copy

Would you like a demonstration copy of S2000 Maxim software, designed to calculate SAP ratings, CO2 emissions and energy costs for individual dwellings. A demonstration version of the software can be downloaded from the MVM website at http://www.mvm.co.uk The software is identical to the full software except that some data entry fields are disabled, so you will not be able to carry out accurate SAP ratings. All the other features work exactly as in the full working version. If you like the software and would like to have access to full data entry so you can do full & accurate SAP ratings, you will need to register as a user & pay the appropriate licence fee.
