Conditions:

Winter season Policy is that we only accept one group in our chalets at a time (so you won't have any strangers sharing the chalet with you). The exception to this is the dedicated themed weeks/ weekends (extreme skiing, snowboarding, paragliding on skis, speed riding and ladies) where we accept individuals and groups. We also operate a Sunday morning changeover as this has a number of benefits including cheaper flights, no congestion travelling and Saturday skiing (which is the least busy day). Rental is from Sunday 3pm to Sunday 10am. For Long Weekend and 10 days periods in Winter rental is from 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. For the winter season your holiday with us will start when you are picked up from Geneva Airport. You will be taken to the Chalet, rooms may not be ready until 3pm but you will be made welcome and found a room to change in so that you can go skiing for the afternoon.

In Winter we provide local transport for free (to/from ski lifts, etc.), unless you have your own car, in our own 9 Seater Landrover and Renault Traffic Minibus (so there is no walking in heavy ski boots with your ski equipment involved). We also arrange for you to be picked up from Geneva Airport (small charge of £45/€50 pp return) so that your winter holiday starts as smoothly as possible. Alternatively for £20/€25 less per person you can drive or fly drive. This means that you have £65/€70 pp to put against hiring a car if this is more convenient for you.

Summer rental is from Saturday 3pm until following Saturday 10am. You can arrive after 10am but the chalets will not be ready until 3pm.

Flights:

For those booking a week (with the transport option) please arrange flights to arrive and leave on Sunday morning (about 11 am is ideal). For long weekends and 10 day stays please discuss with us before booking flights so that we can arrange transfers.

Ski and Snowboarding guided days:

Price for guiding is tailored to your requirements and we use guides from ESF, Zig Zag and 360 International.

Off piste maximum 4 people (divide cost of guide by 4). On Piste maximum 8 people (divide by 8). Please book in advance so we can guarantee the guide. See Winter activities for description of days out which can be tame or extreme with gastronomic experiences thrown in depending on what you want to do. Skiing with Helicopter can be arranged but is priced on what you want to do.


Speed Riding courses:

Speedriding 4+ hours session - £100/€100 per person

Speed riding 5 day (4+ hour sessions) course - £450/€450 per person


Liability: Please note we accept no liability for anything you do. We just book things up for you to do at your own risk. You must take out your own medical and travel insurance.

Merchandise: T-Shirts, Polo shirts and Hoodies: Let us know if you would like some group T-shirts / fleecy hoodies made up. These are high quality shirts that are professionally printed for us. They have silhouettes of skiers and snowboarders on them and are made by a trendy new Ski/snowboard clothing company for us. There is also a small Extreme Chalets logo on the front and you can have anything printed on the back that you like e.g. Morillon 2011, Off Piste in Morillon, 'group name' ski team 2011, Live to ride the white stuff, Mountain Biking 2011, etc. T-shirts from £10/€12 and Fleecy Hoodies from £25/€25 plus postage & packaging.
