Winter Catered Service
During the Winter we offer a Luxury Catered Service. Our staff are there to look after you and ensure that you have a memorable holiday where you can concentrate on the skiing/ boarding and come back to the chalet, sink into the sofas, enjoy the ambience and have food and drinks served.
Policy
It is our policy to make your holiday with us as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. So for this reason we have the following policies.
We operate a Sunday changeover as we find this has several benefits including: cheaper flights, no congestion travelling (car, airport, etc) and Saturday skiing which is the least congested day.
We ONLY rent the Chalet to one group at a time so you won't have to share the chalet with any strangers.
We pick you up from Geneva airport (small charge) so that your holiday starts as smoothly as possible
Cuisine
We take the cuisine seriously and consider it an important part of your holiday experience with us. As part of your enquiry we will discuss and tailor the food to your requirements where you have a special dietary need. Sample menus shown below.
We provide high quality cuisine 6 days of the week. This includes full cooked and /or continental breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes (such as Crunchy top lemon cake), aperitifs and 4 course 'haute cuisine' evening meal including cheese board. Free wine is served with the meal. At Christmas and New Year Champagne is served with the meal. We will cater for vegetarian or special dietary needs. The chalet staff have one day off when continental breakfast is served and you are taken to a local restaurant (additional cost).

We
also can provide simple food for children such as Pasta and Chocolate Mousse as
required.
Children can be served High Tea earlier than adults if
requested.

Packed Lunch
Staff can make you a packed lunch. This can be tailored to your liking and could be a baguette, chocolate bar, fruit and a drink or a more elaborate picnic. This is something you can arrange directly with the staff on your arrival. There will be a small charge for this by our staff.
Transport
Your holiday will begin when you are collected from Geneva airport on Sunday Morning unless you are driving . It is then an hour to the chalets. The staff will transport you to and from the express ski bubble lifts (there is a choice of two depending on where you want to access the mountain - Morillon which is 5 minutes away and Vercland (Samoens) which is 8 minutes away. Both bubble lifts have cafe bars at the bottom where the staff will pick you up when you have finished skiing for the day. The staff will also take you to the village if you want to do some shopping. The Chalets share a high spec 9 seat Land Rover Defender to ensure that we can get you back to the chalets comfortably at the end of your skiing day.
If you have taken the the self-drive option then you will have the flexibility of driving yourself around and the reduced cost. There is plenty of parking both at the chalets and 2 minutes walk from the lifts.
Staff
As we are a small operation we only recruit the 'very best' experienced staff for each season who are given training by us at the beginning of the season to ensure that the chalets are run to our very high standards. This season we have an English couple, Mike and Bee, who are keen sailors and have been running a fleet of yachts over the summer in Greece. Both are adventurous cooks, keen snowboarders and love the outdoor life. We therefore have every confidence that you will be very well looked after.

Just a quick line to say many
thanks for a great few days at your chalet in Morillon. We had a great time…
skiing was good, weather was good… and Mike did an excellent job hosting and
looking after us all. Food was good, rooms and bathrooms very pleasant and
living area with log fire blazing had a comfortable, homely feel that was very
relaxing after a hard day on the slopes. You have a wonderful chalet in a great
location. Thanks again.

Review Rating : 5/5
"I have just returned from a week at Chalet les Trolls during the last
week of July. The chalet is delightful one of the best houses we have stayed in
in France and the views are breathtaking.we met the owners who were staying in
their other chalet who made us feel really welcome and gave us a lot of
useful local knowledge. Apart from the magnificent countryside there is plenty to
occupy my family with lake swimming, mountain biking ,canoeing, climbing, rafting
and an adventure course all within 3 miles. The local
towns are interesting with Samoens our favourite.Well worth a visit."
