Our extensive air conditioned home with its own private heated pool has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate up to seven people. Of course as grandparents we have lots of baby equipment such as a high chair and buggy for visitors to use. There is a telephone with free local and emergency calls, however all other calls must be paid for, at very reasonable rates, using a pre-paid telephone card, or alternatively we can charge you at only 9¢(cents) per minute to the UK by copying the AT&T bill to you.

The accommodation comprises a lounge, which has cable TV and a DVD player with an adjacent formal dining area. An archway connects to a second lounge, which also has a TV with a VCR and a stereo.

Double patio doors lead out onto the private screened pool deck, which overlooks the lake where you can sit and relax watching the fishermen and the wildlife (Osprey, Pelicans and Bald Eagles fish the lake). The poolside deck has comfortable dining and lounge furniture and a complimentary gas barbecue for al fresco cooking and dining. We also have a child fence to keep toddlers from taking unsupervised swims in the pool!

The fully equipped kitchen with a double size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, large cooker and every other gadget (even a bread maker!) that you would expect in a modern American kitchen. There is also a second fridge with automatic icemaker in the garage where you can stock an endless supply of cold drinks.

A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board will ensure your clothes always look their best while the hair dryers electric rollers and curling tongs will help keep you well groomed.

The spacious master bedroom is en-suite with a queen sized bed and can also sleep an infant as it has an additional single bed/cot. A separate bathroom serves the second twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have cable TV. All linen and towels are supplied except beach towels, however we have lots of beach chairs, sun beds, tables and umbrellas plus cool boxes and beach mats so you'll be well organised on the beach.
