Set in the beautiful "Sunshine State" of Florida, the all year round weather is an obvious attraction. Winter temperatures vary between the high 50s and low 60s at night and rise to the mid 70s during the day. Summer temperatures usually have a low of the high 70s to low 80s in the evening and increase to the high 80s to mid 90s during the afternoon. Summer is our rainy season. You can almost count on an afternoon shower every day. Due to the amount of waterfront we have, the temperatures seem to be 5 to 8 degrees cooler here than the inland areas of the state during the summer and a similar temperature span warmer during the winter.
