BALL SKILLS 68 THROWING - groups with one ball Line up as in diagram with A holding the ball. A passes to B and moves forward to take the return ball from B. Player A then passes to C and moves to take her place. C passes to D and moves to the back of that line. Repeat in the opposite direction Speed up the practice. Try to be accurate at speed.

BALL SKILLS 84 SHOOTING - groups with one ball. The Feeder F, passes to one of the shooters S, as they move into the circle. The Shooters begin in two lines either side of the circle. Both make a move out before attacking in, one line cutting to the front of the circle and the other straight along the back line. If the front shooter is used she should pass to the other shooter who is closer to the post. Watch each other!
