The Contract and the Cost.

The cost of a design can vary enormously depending upon its complexity, target
technology and time scales. However, we believe that we can offer a package to suit
most circumstances.

1. Full Contract design.
   A price is agreed at the beginning of the project to include all design work from
   specification to finished design. After design sign off and payment, the customer
   receives all IP relating to the design. (This is the most expensive scheme and
   probably most suitable for low volume high value products).
2. Part Contract, Part Royalties.
   The customer pays a reduced design fee in exchange for Intrada-SDD retaining
   all IP rights and charging a royalty for each unit sold. (This scheme offers
   reduced design NRE at the expense of a product life royalty - probably most
   suitable for medium volume products ie. 5k per annum).
3. Full Royalty.
   This scheme effectively offers a zero NRE design. In order to offer this,
   Intrada-SDD is effectively investing its time in your idea / product and hence will
   require full projected sales and costing. If the design is accepted, Intrada-SDD
   will own all IP rights and set a royalty level based on projected quantity and
   product life. In addition, there will be a minimum order quantity.
