DutchCourage are a songwriting collaboration between two Dutch and two Scottish songwriters. Annelies Schrik and Linda Meijer have been writing under the name 'Welcome to LA' for a number of years, and are currently writing their third album-worth of material. Shelley Brackenridge and Bill Matthews are performers (as Brackenridge NB, and founder members of Southside - the Texas Tribute band) and songwriters.



Linda, Annelies, Shelley and Bill first met at a Texas Fan Convention in 2001, and began writing and recording together with a first track 'Blame Me' reaching the top 200 on Garageband in late 2002. (Garageband typically has more than 40,000 tracks being reviewed at any time !). More writing is planned for 2003, so watch this space for more details !!!
