Spinster's Rock OSGR SX 7010 9080

Comments
The remains, first noted by Swete in 1789, Polwhele in 1793 and Grey in 1838, had disappeared by 1872.
RN Worth was sceptical of all but an east-west row.
Tyler, in 1930, conjectured the stones to have been in a different position.
In 2010, Tim Wilkinson carried out a geophysical investigation, followed by excavation of some trial pits on 5th - 9th Aug 2010.
