We are a friendly South London based Country Music, Line Dance Club founded on July 3rd 1996. Due to demand, the evenings have gradually grown from one evening per week to three, and have remained as much fun now as they were back at the start.
We meet at two very good premises, one in Brockley, the other in Dulwich. Both are well served by public transport. At Boots N Blisters we cater for all levels of line dancer, from complete novice to advance dancer.We do, however, place the emphasis on fun (not flash!).
We came to line dance because of our love of country music, back in the days when that was pretty much all that was danced to. Like with everything line dance has evolved, and we now dance to the best in Pop, Rock, Latin, Swing as well as Country, all the time keeping up to date with the latest dances.
At Boots N Blisters at the Weekend it's time to Party, and along with line dance discos, we hold theme nights, (e.g. Line dance Karaoke, 70s Line Dance Parties), Parties with tuition, Gala Nights and Charity Nights. We also host one top name band a month at either our Dulwich or Brockley venue (Emma & Robbie: The highlight of our month, as we spoil ourselves here and only choose our very favourite bands on the circuit, several of which you are unlikely to see anywhere else in the South!...well it's our prerogative, and why not share something good?!)
