Deputy Musical Director

Owen  M.  Roberts  (A.R.C.M.)    

Owen  Maelor  Roberts  is  an  Associate  of  the  Royal  College  of  Music.  He  was,  for  many  years,  a  teacher  in  the  Wrexham  area.  From  1980  to  1993  he  was  the  accompanist  of  the  Froncysyllte  Choir  but  relinquished  the  position  due  to  pressure  of  work.  Now,  having  taken  early  retirement,  he  has  returned  to  Fron  Choir  as  deputy  musical  director.

Owen  also  has  his  own  mixed  choir,  known  as  the  "Choral  Variations",  and  is  organist  choirmaster  at  the  Llangollen   Parish  Church.
