Memories of Fron
Memories are fading fast, and it will be a shame for our descendants not to know about their past history. My own recollections only go as far back as about 3 or 4 years after my birth. I should have enquired much more about earlier times, and I am determined to do just that. In the meantime I have recorded a few of my early memories. As I have no literary experience, this seems a monumental task. The easiest way to build up a history of the village, would be if lots of individual memories could be gathered together.
I am asking if anyone who lives or lived in Froncysyllte to submit any interesting memories. A paragraph or a page or as many pages of memories the can fill. If I include all of these on one web page ,I am certain it will make interesting reading for all Froner,s.
So here goes, to start it off here are my early memories which are to be continued.
