The Winking Man is on the first floor with oak beams throughout and is traditionally furnished with wardrobes and drawers made by local craftsmen. This cottage, having a double bedroom and a single bedroom, sleeps 3 adults and has a 2 seater settee and an armchair in the living space. There is a television and dvd/cd player.

The kitchen although small is well equipped and has a microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

There is also a shower room with toilet and washbasin and the whole cottage has a cosy feel for a relaxing holiday. The Winking Man has been recently refurbished and like the other cottages is 4 star accommodation.
