150th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS

BMC will be holding a series of events during week commencing 12th November 2007 to celebrate 150 years of Learning in the Community.

Monday 12th November
Marches Spirituality Link 10am to 3.30pm - a talk entitled "Transforming Prayer - How our Spiritual lives help to change both us and our World" By Bishop Gordon Mursell. THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT.

Shropshire Wildlife Trust - 7.30 pm
An illustrated talk on "The Dormouse" by Phil Rudlin
Pay on the door: Members £1, non members £1.50

Wednesday 14th November @ 7 pm
Christian Ecology Link -A talk by David Swinfen & Hilary Jackson
“Too Many Stewards Not enough Creation”
Free admission - donations welcome

Thursday 15th November 7pm for 7.30 pm
David Lloyd Lecture - “A Century & and a Half of Community Service”
Tickets £5 to include light refreshments. Tickets available from the BMC during normal office hourse (01584 873882)

Saturday 17th November 10am - 4pm
Traidcraft Christmas Fayre - Free admission
