PAVLOVA
You will need
4 egg whites
8 oz caster sugar
1 teaspoon viengar
1 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1. Put egg whites in a bowl. mix it until its standing in peak.
2. Mix in 4 oz of sugar and mix it again until its firm and shiny.
3. Mix in the rest of the sugar and stir it gently. add the vinEgar , cornflour , and vanilla essance.
4. Put grease proof paper on an iron tray and brush it with a bit of butter.
5. cook in the oven for 1 hour only on 150c.
