Heart Shock

THANKS FOR dropping by my web site. At the age of 43 I had a heart attack, three years later in 2000 I had a quadruple heart bypass operation so should I roll over and give in to heart disease. The answer yes would have been easy, instead I changed my diet and my lifestyle. I am now addressing my working life. No more long hours, more time at home and more time away on holiday.

I went back to work, went back to some old ways and now wish I hadn’t. I ended up being very stressed and had some old symptoms returning. So I don’t intend to do that again and now I want to concentrate on having some quality time doing what I need to do. Part of quality to me is the Costa Del Sol in Spain and I have been several times, Maybe I will end up there who knows?
