Johannus Grosch was born in Mainz Germany in 1784. He came to England with his two brothers Wilhelm Heinrich and Georg. Georg went on to America. Both
Johannus and Willhelm Heinrich did well in England Johannus was a Tailor and a Freemason. There are many descendants of the two brothers living in the UK today.
