Rock climbing Not really the perfect location as most of the rock is an 3/4 hour north but it is near at hand for the odd day as part of a family holiday and it's our favourite occupation.

Sailing The sailing on the west coast is some of the loveliest anywhere in the world, boats are available for hire from small fishing dingies to ocean going yachts

Canoeing The river Awe offers an ideal beginners river with 6 miles of grade 2/3 water, the dam at the top offering reliable conditions even in the driest spells. We are situated just where canoes are taken out of the river.
