We are finding
that a few people book appointments to view our cattery and then don't
bother to turn up. Please can we ask you take the time to give us a
quick call if you cannot make it. We would not dream of booking an
appointment with you only to be out shopping when you arrive to view our
kittens.
We receive a high volume of
emails and phone calls daily with regards to our kittens.
Cat breeding is a very time consuming hobby and
we will answer all calls and emails as soon as we can.
Please can we ask
that your kitten enquiries are through the day
or at a reasonable time in the evening.
To reserve one of
our kittens, we ask for a non-refundable deposit.
You will receive a receipt to confirm the booking of your kitten.
Viewings of our kittens will be at 10 weeks old.
We have never had anyone unhappy
with our kittens,
but of course if you do feel disappointed with your kitten
when you come to visit then of course your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you choose to
go away to think about a kitten without putting a deposit down,
which we totally understand as it is a lifetime commitment taking on a
kitten,
please realise that this kitten may not still be available when you come
back to us at a later date, our kittens do get reserved quite quickly.

insurance with Petplan.
One question we are asked a lot ~
