Preserve the inverted pyramid at the top to get to the Right Hand Side. Now you can start picking away at the blocks always pushing away from the pyramid at the bottom. Remember the four blocks on the top and bottom edge must be four top and bottom blocks (don't push blocks from other rows up or down onto the first or last row).
