The IFMR GB&I website is a new Internet Website promoting the future of the IFMR on the Net
It took 75 years since the formation of Rotary for the first Personal Computer to be launched on the market and just 25 years later...... This website is designed not just for our happy band of - but for use world-wide to promote Rotary, the IFMR GB&I and the International Fellowship of Motorcycling Rotarians for and on behalf of Rotarians across the world, something we could not possible have thought about just 15 years ago
So why are Rotarians so much against this new initiative??
The answer is something to do with Age: Sand: Heads: Buried: Many Rotarians need to understand that the Internet is here to stay and although my personal view of eRotary differs from others we must make use of the technology it affords. Wasn't it Paul Harris that said Rotary should always be allowed to evolve
One day Rotarians world-wide will be able to benefit from a wide range of planned - and yet to be thought of - uses of Information and Technology and this website was built to incorporate that latest web design technology but for now it too has been restricted and therefore that knowledge will not be made available for the time being. In the interim visitors will be able to access information about Rotary and the International Fellowship of Motorcycling Rotarians through these pages
